Let’s be clear – this is a relatively heavy, rigid blade suited to certain playing styles, but I think everyone would enjoy having one of these in the arsenal. This hinoki version has such a solid, vibration-free feel that immediately rewards the player as their technique improves.
As I got in to forehand practice with this blade (Mech-Tek Predator on both sides) I could immediately feel it whenever I hit the ball with proper stroke – this blade rings out with a loud, satisfying, crunch sound that would make people everywhere in the club stop practice to ask me about it.
Vector Hinoki is thick, smooth, and heavy for hard-hitting. If that’s your style, there’s no way you won’t enjoy this.

I find this to be an excellent offensive blade. It is fast but not uncontrollable. The ball keeps landing on the table. Weight is actually very nice for a chinese blade-I have 3 and they are all 81-84 grams. The head is not oversized (it is smaller than FLC fire dragon). I tend to EJ a lot, but this blade is so good I am not tempted to try others. I have the straight handle and it fits well with my average to small hands. If you have huge hands and do not want to do handle wraps then you may want to look at it. Highly recommend this blade for offensive minded players. I am not a hitter-but prefer to spin and drive loop, often from off the table.

I usually play with a Butterfly Viscaria with Tibhar MX-P or Xiom Omega V Asia. I was looking for a ZLC blade and decided to try this one given the afforadable price. I am using the Xiom Omega Asia BH and I tried the Tibhar Hybrid K1 Pro… I was amazed with the performance and control of this blade. Fast when I need it and good control when I need it. I had minimal adjustment with this setup and in some ways better for my style of play. Also the build quality seems just as good and all the other more expensive blades. I will continue to assess, but for now I highly recommend it.

Got this blade and paired it with Nitaku Fast Arc G1 and Nitaku Fast Arc C1,
Superb blade, with great control the ball goes where you want it to. It has a bug sweet spot so its very forgiven when hitting in put if position.
Very easy to adjust to it as is not that fast as you may think. The hinoki wood gives it a very nice sound on full impacts.
This is by far my favorite blade in my colection and this includes a Xiom Ice cream AZXi
Reason for nit giving full 5 stars is when I received the blade it showed some glue recidue left on the handle and side of blade. Did not bother me as it is only 40 dls so this is to be expected. There is no rate for half stars if it would I would it rate it 4.5
The handle is very comfortable, and the plate details are outstanding
